My uncle Reg was a real hero. Modest and kind. He was one of a family of 13. He had 7 sisters and 5 brothers. The family birthdates ranged from 1904 to 1925. The youngest of my aunts (Corinne) and last of that generation, died in 2014. My mother was Reg's second oldest sister. I am attaching a photo taken around 1938.
